Terms and Conditions

For any trip in Nepal with Himalayan First Adventure you are required to send us photocopy of your passport and 25% of trip cost as deposit to guarantee the booking with us. For last minute booking 100 % trip cost has to be deposited. The deposit amount is non refundable. We respect our clients’ situations during very logical events. In case of major accidents, force majeure, flights delay and other unavoidable circumstances the deposit amount will be forwarded to next trip date. We reserve right to cancel your booking request if payment is not made in stipulated time.

All our trips are conducted under the strict supervision and guidelines of Nepal Government Tourism Board. We shall not be responsible or we aren’t accountable for cancellation of trip due to country’s change in rules, government bans, herbal screw ups and tourists conduct. Any extra fees incurred due to activities other than mentioned in our agreed itineraries shall be the responsible of guests themselves.

We will not be liable for any damage or loss of your personal valuables. If you wish we can arrange safe deposit lockers for your valuables in Kathmandu. We strongly advise all our guests to not bring expensive ornaments during the trip.

Note: All our TERMS & CONDITIONS are applicable if you directly reserve or book the trip with officials of Himalayan First Adventure. If your booking is from third party or any sellers then you will be accountable to their terms and conditions.
