Nepal is a paradise for wilderness adventure and heritage holiday. High altitude, Himalayan hilly landscape and dense forests are spectacular attractions as well as risk prone if traveled alone without supervision.

There are no any security threats due to civil war or any kind of military activities in Nepal. After the successful peace process between agitating Maoists and Nepal Government political peace has been established. Burglary and theft on tourists are very rare.

However, unknown places and terrain might be a risk factor. Recently some trekkers went missing or injured themselves when they traveled alone. Therefore, Himalayan First Adventure advises its valued clients to travel with government authorized and license holder guides only. Security posts and Check points at various trekking routes and touristic areas have been successful in keeping guests safe in Nepal.
